Church Staff Our Church Staff is eager and willing to help you get connected to the ministries of Shepherd of the Valley. Patricia Brown is the Administrative Secretary for the church. Bruce Mangum  is our Director of Music Ministries.  Bruce is an accomplished pianist and singer who brings to us an wealth of experience accompanying vocalists and choirs. Max Orozco is our Custodian and does a wonderful job of helping us "look good".  Rev. Scott H. Andrews is the Pastor of Shepherd of the Valley.  He comes by way of transfer from the Dakotas Conference.
